Our mission is to promote safe paddling by encouraging people to learn skills. To that end, we offer help in custom fitting kayak cockpits for performance and comfort, so that rolling, bracing, and advanced strokes can be more successfully learned and applied.

Most of our business is done over the internet, but we also hold workshops, most frequently at the West Coast Sea Kayak Symposium, but other places as well. Occasionally we are hired to custom fit boats for their owners, but usually we help people to fit their boats to themselves.

We also sell some interesting and useful accessory items that are underrepresented on the market. We've recently added instructions for making an improved paddle float to our site, as well as tips on using it do an optimized paddle float rescue.
